Aurelie Gagnon
Registered Massage Therapist
Aurelie was born and raised in Montreal. From a young age, core values such as health, nature and physical activity were passed down to her through her community. Canoeing and swimming, biking and hiking, dancing and yoga. She's passionate about physical health and see movement as a great medicine.
Primarily trained as an Artist, Aurelie studied Graphic Design in College and Studio Arts at Concordia
University. She decided to direct her tactile and visual sensitivity toward helping others in holistic
healing.
Graduating from the Canadian College of Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy in Toronto in 2018, she has since been perfecting the wide range of techniques she has learned. From myofascial release, joint mobilization, assisted stretching, lymphatic drainage, nerve impingement release
and pregnant women massage, she combines these techniques with deep tissue release to realign the body and therefore facilitate movement.
She is enthusiastic about joining the Back in Motion team in the summer of 2021 and be part of the beautiful community of Nelson.
