Brenden grew up in the Okanagan and received his diploma in January of 2014 from Okanagan
Valley College of Massage Therapy. After years of visiting the area, and having a baby, he and
his family finally decided to make the move to Nelson.
Brenden comes from a sports background, formerly competing in BMX racing events in Canada
and the U.S. for 20+ years at both amateur and professional levels. In his downtime he enjoys
playing basketball, paddleboarding, camping, and hanging out with his young family. Brenden
uses a combination of myofascial, deep tissue, trigger point release, active/passive stretching,
and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) to help his clients reach their health
and wellness goals.
